The Consumer Service Operations Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Job Description
The Consumer Service Operations Representative 2 may perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations.
Investigates and settles claims and customer service issues. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
Required Qualifications
Data entry skills and an analytical mindset
Previous administrative or related experience
Team player, ability to work with tight schedules, multiple priorities as well as work independently
Capacity to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task, detail oriented, with strong written & verbal communication
Intermediate with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type 40-50 wpm
Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday and possible nights and weekend work based on business needs (i.e. open enrollment - October 15th through December 7th)
Must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured. Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Trilingual in English, Creole & Spanish bilingual
Knowledge and/or experience with State/Federal Assistance Programs
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Information:
If you are (Trilingual) you will be required to take a Language Proficiency Assessment. A passing score is required to be offered a position for this role.
