What will I be doing?
Club Workforce Intern
you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
You will join our team to assist with managing Call Center operations and staff scheduling to include but not limited to:
Updating attendance and adherence records
Managing email communications
Scheduling group training or off-site events via IEX scheduling software
Monitoring same day schedule change requests
Canceling PTO and updating PTO wait lists
Monitoring real-time adherence
Addressing team member inquiries
This person will also work closely with the Workforce Specialist and Club Management to coordinate daily Call Center operations and staffing.

High School Diploma
Currently an upper-level college student enrolled in an accredited four-year university majoring in Business, Finance, Math or a related degree
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey need, urgency and resolution
Analytical and detail oriented
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Previous Call Center or work from home experience
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Access are helpful
Previous experience with Workforce Management software
