General Overview

 

Responsible for coordination, implementation,
executive, support and leads project to sales strategy and goals of the sales
department. 

 

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement
monthly sales community/informal sales, educational events for all Medicare
legacy products.Required to
communicate w/resources from internal departments and external contacts.Create, manage,
and schedule staff meetingsSupport Sales team
of 15 over 11 counties.Lead management
and reportingResponsible for
accurate review and entry of applications, leads, events and other information
into the appropriate databases, following up with appropriate departments as
neededProvide support on
all events designed to grow or retain membershipMonitor and report
on project progressTrack deliverablesEvaluate and
assess results of projectResponsible for
planning, scheduling, staffing, and execution of the 1000 Medicare Sales
Events per year that include community sales, retail, member appreciation and
retention events.Responsible for
scheduling and staffing the sales home appointment calendarAssist managers in
projects to create reports, track data, and distribute needed support
materials.  Interpret and
comply with complex rules and regulations per Medicare guidelinesCreate department
Desk Level Procedures as neededOther
administrative duties as assigned
