Ideal location: Work at home - Texas (Dallas, Ft. Worth, El Paso or Tyler)
Travel - Locally 50% (up to 150 mile radius), Up to 50% overnight travel
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance,required
Mileage reimbursement provided
Bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish, preferred
Valid Texas General Lines Agent Insurance license,required SUMMARY:
Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key community organizations and associations to generate knowledge and awareness about CHS company, brand, and value
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet or exceed activity quotas, compliance requirements, and department/manager expectations 
Plans and executes client and community relations activities including event planning, execution and tracking, market sponsorship, philanthropy, grant-making and internal and external communications
Develops and implements strategic initiatives/projects which may include events, sponsorship activation, grant-making and employee engagement activities to deliver the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.-HealthSpring brand
Identifies and cultivates new community relationships to improve lead generation
Produces campaign and event tracking reports showing return on investments and key initiatives
Manages allocated budget for branding events, sponsorship activities, and political functions
Partners with Field Sales Representatives to host events and generate awareness and excitement for CHS
Partners with Sales Manager to develop criteria to successfully transition the relationship to the Field Sales Representative
Host new customer first contact meetings to improve on-boarding experience and generate referrals for DTC segment, partnering with Retention
Maintain knowledge of compliance regulatory procedures and Medicare Marketing Guidelines to utilize in all functions, processes, and communication
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to identify community organizations which align with the Segments interests to enhance an existing portfolio of relationships 
Ability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget
Ability to collaborate well both internally and externally to support achievement of market objectives
Knowledge of community and organizational politics and tactics; ability to effectively navigate formal and informal communication and decision-making channels
Develop and execute strategies for building brand loyalty by promoting the flow of information, strengthening relationships, and encouraging productive collaboration among community members and new **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.-HealthSpring customers
Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized and proactive
