Description
The ServiceNow Mobile/Portal Product Owner will establish, maintain, and update a vision, strategy and roadmap for Humana's utilization of the ServiceNow Mobile app and online portal. The Product Owner will work with a team of analysts to design, execute, manage and improve the Humana ServiceNow Mobile/Portal process. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring all defined processes are being followed and improved. In addition, the Product Owner is responsible for setting and meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targets as defined. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Work with stakeholders to identify utilization of the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal.
Understand user experience needs and ensure adherence.
Work with the Development Team, Platform Team and Product Owners to create, update, and maintain the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal applications.
Assist in communication and promotion of the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal applications.
Aid in the identification of Service Requirements for any new or existing services to be placed in the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal.
Where appropriate, work with the ServiceNow development/platform team to develop the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal.
Participate in all Platform level activities for maintenance and support of the ServiceNow platform, to include new releases, upgrades, etc.
Develop a roadmap, in coordination with Stakeholders and Development Team to ensure continued improvement and maturation of the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal application.
Partner with other Product Owners to ensure their ServiceNow Mobile/Portal needs are met.
Develop and provide monthly deliverables which will: Assess and recommend updates to ServiceNow Mobile/Portal; Show usage and areas where usage can improve; Identify and provide a report on existing services for addition to the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal applications.
Define Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure operational performance and value driven by the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal applications.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience with the ServiceNow Mobile/Portal applications (or similar applications for other platforms), performing business analysis, providing recommendations for improvements, coordinating with customers on requirements, business services, measuring value, and implementation.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years' related experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience.
Experience in User Experience efforts
Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, senior leadership team, and department heads, etc.
