Description
The Manager, Business Technology Leadership and Automation devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives and automation supporting Group Segment. The Manager, works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.
Responsibilities
The Manager, Business Technology Leadership and Automation acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the group segment.
Responsibilities Include:
Driving strategy, governance, and design of the RPA automation program to enable delivery within business segment
Understanding business segment challenges and integrating low/code/no code technologies capabilities to create seamless solutions
Managing Group IT Automation team of associates and contractors
Developing Group automation growth strategy and provide thought leadership to the Group segment on automation
Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex operational problems within departments and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6 or more years of experience (combination of healthcare and technical)
2 or more years of management experience
Functional knowledge of RPA, Including market-leading trends and platforms ( e.g. Automation Anywhere, blue Prism, Ui Path and Workfusion)
Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives ( especially in a project mngt role)
Demonstrated functional knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to project and resources
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree
Experience with developing and implementing training programs and learning materials
