ABOUT THIS POSITION\r

Infinity Insurance is establishing a Customer Service presence in our Orlando market. Do you have 6 months of call center customer service experience? Do you want to telecommute to work daily?PURPOSE OF POSITION:Infinity Insurance Company, a leader in the auto insurance industry is creating a customer care call center presence in Florida. We are looking for dedicated, caring bilingual (Spanish/English) professionals who would like to work from home to assist our clients with questions and changes to their insurance policy. Training will be provided via a virtual classroom while you work from home. You may be asked to periodically attend office based training or meetings as needed.If you are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to customers, have the ability to transition from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, and have great bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills. This is the opportunity for you.The pay rate for this position is as follows: $14.60/hourThe work schedule for this opportunity is: Afternoon/evening shifts with rotating Saturdays.Training will be Monday -Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM for approximately 6 to 8 weeks.CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 7.0 mbps bandwidth with dependable/reliable connectivity required.HOME OFFICE:A dedicated in-home office space free from interruptions and background noiseWith a separate phone line installed or digital phone line independent of any residential service at the home already.If you are interested in joining a great company apply today to start your career in the insurance industry! SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\r
1.  Six months previous customer service experience required. Call Center and/or insurance-related experience preferred.2.  Fluent Spanish/English communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills required.3.  PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5% required.4.  Successfully completes all required new hire training as per Departmental guidelines.Serves as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy related inquiries. Provides Superior Customer Service and offers solutions and/or options within Company guidelines.\r
SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:\r
*1.       Provides superior customer service, responding to requests for interpretation of guidelines/procedures, acceptability of risk, rating inquiries, and/or premium discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner\r
*2.       Processes endorsements, renewals, policy cancellation/non-renewals, and payments timely and accurately\r
*3.       Reviews complex issues and exceptions with a Senior, QA, or Supervisor.  When appropriate, forwards escalated calls, non-routine inquiries, and issues requiring inter-departmental action to a Senior, QA, or Supervisor, and/or logs requests of complex issues in a timely and efficient manner\r
*4.       Must have regular and predictable attendance \r
*5.       Must adhere to the assigned schedule and demonstrate dependability and reliability on a regular basis\r
*6.       Forwards written correspondence to appropriate personnel.\r
*7.       Documents/maintains various internal records and reports, as needed.\r
  8.       Performs all other duties as assigned.\r
