to join our inside sales team.
This is a remote, work-from-home
position based out of the Midwest Region
, selling new business to an assigned account base
using an outbound calling approach
. This position requires a very consultative sales approach
with a focus on selling Contractual Services, Consulting
and Training Solutions
, to existing and prospective customers within the Occupational Health &
and Human Resources
markets. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry sales experience that has focused on selling intangible or contract service and solutions, as well as products within the OSHA and/or Human Resources markets.

Our new hire initial training program
is a unique way to acclimate and onboard new sales hires to J.J. Keller. As a blended curriculum approach integrating both classroom and application methods of learning, this strategy results in setting new hires up for long term success, by keeping associates engaged and challenged throughout their sales careers.
Essential skills for success include:
Ability to be assumptive while using an outbound sales call approach
Effectively apply sales process while remaining confident and assertive
Openly accept and apply sales coaching and feedback
Strong verbal communication and time management skills
Ability to effectively deal with sales rejection
Strong computer aptitude
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred
2 years of sales experience, preferably in an account development/relationship selling model.
Experience selling intangible services and contractual business preferred.
