Description
The Voice and Call Delivery team is looking for an individual who thrives working on a highly collaborative team where you still have autonomy to make decisions based on both technical and business influences to help develop a best in class customer facing application for a fortune 50 company. Our Technology Leader role blends the lines between leadership, business and technical skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals as well as technologies, which include cloud based APIs as well as IVR technologies.
Responsibilities
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
This role will provide the opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative team that supports the company's main IVRs for our members. You will be responsible for working closely with our product management team as well as our software engineers and architects to help drive technical strategies that result in a positive experience for our members that call into the IVR. This role provides you the ability to positively impact our customers by helping achieve a best in class, cutting edge, technical solution. To excel in this position, you will need to be a problem-solver who is self-driven and is able to make decisions on moderately complex to complex problems based on collaborative work with the team. You will also need to be able to communicate technical topics with technical engineers and less-technical product owners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
Experience with cloud based technologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
Experience with unit testing and mocking
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
SAFE Agile Certified
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Demonstrated ability running large scale projects
Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight
Interactive Voice Response Experience
