Digital Health Solutions portfolio lead, managing the Digital Health portfolio as part of the Business Technology Leadership team.

Responsibilities

The Lead, Demand and Portfolio Management organizes and prioritizes projects and programs based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Role will complete the aforementioned responsibilities in the Digital Health & Analytics space. The DH&A team is responsible for identifying, testing, selecting, and implementing Digital Health and Analytics on behalf of the Humana Enterprise.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

8 or more years of technical experience

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

Six Sigma certification

PMP certification

Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
