CCIG is an innovative and technology-focused Management Company in the Affordable Housing Industry. We currently manage over 6000 units in over 25 states.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified candidate in need of the long-term flexibility of working approximately 4 hours per day from home. Work hours will be fixed schedule during regular M-F 8-5 business hours. Candidate must also be available to call in to a weekly Monday morning department meeting.
This position is responsible for daily financial operations of assigned HUD-subsidized rental property and for performing other general accounting duties as needed.
This position will focus on:
Completing AR/AP functions daily
Monthly bank and mortgage reconciliation
General Ledger posting and tie-outs
Posting of monthly recurring items
Preparing of financial reports
Review monthly Rent Collections
Assisting in audits and tax returns
Various clerical duties
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Prior accounting experience required
Prior property management experience helpful
Experience with Yardi property management software preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook
Credit & Criminal checks will be completed. Responsible credit history required.
