Job Description

As a Senior Plan Coordinator Consultant you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of the Client Requirement Document through coding and auditing to support pharmacy plan benefit set up for new and existing customers.

The roles and responsibilities associated with this role include but are not limited to:

• Acts as a single point of contact in support of timely and accurate Client Requirement Document coding.

• Completes timely and accurate set up of complex account structures and detailed benefit plans.

• Actively consults and communicates with internal constituents regarding the details associated with Client Requirement Document for new and existing business in a timely manner .

• Meets or exceeds quality metric expectations.

• Monitors case installation processes, including case queues and reporting dashboards, and communicates status as appropriate to ensure cases are completed timely and accurately.

• Runs and reviews plan set up reporting for accuracy of pharmacy plan benefits.

Role may require availability after hours, weekend, holiday around Welcome Season periods.

This is a remote work from home role, however candidates will need to live in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 18.50

Maximum: 34.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.

• Basic knowledge of Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years pharmacy benefit industry experience.

• Proficient working knowledge of Excel including basic formulas and functions.

Education

High school degree required
