The Value-Based Programs (Analyst) Professional 2 understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Captures, analyzes, and manages data from a variety of sources
Utilizes SAS/SQL to build, maintain, and store datasets
Manages the monthly dashboard production process
Supports the evaluation of our value-based providers through ad hoc requests
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (ability to build pivot tables)
1 year experience in data interpretation and analysis
Strong attention to detail
Financial and business acumen
Ability to put context around data and find root cause issues specific to data
Ability to think 'outside the box'; ability to identify issues and provide resolutions quickly
Familiar with SAS and/or SQL
Experience with Microsoft Excel utilizing VBA
