Build your career in client care by maximizing your passion for problem-solving and building strong client rapport. Customer Service Specialists answer inbound calls from current clients and provide solutions and support for routine service issues and requests. By troubleshooting and asking thoughtful, probing questions, Specialists will act as brand ambassadors to provide an exemplary client experience through efficiency and accuracy.
For those individuals meeting and exceeding expectations, a Client Service Career Path is available.
This position offers an opportunity to work from home within 2 months after the 7 week in house training period.
• Answer 40-60 inbound calls per day• Directly provide customers with accurate and immediate solutions to routine transaction and service requests• Respond directly to information requests initiated by customer’s utilizing a variety of systems• Meet performance metrics
• High school diploma or equivalent• 2 years customer service experience• Every other Saturday 10:30am-07:00pm CST (day off during the week when it is your Saturday to work)
• Previous experience in a call center or office environment• Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills• Ability and attitude to thrive in a high-paced, metric driven environment
Skills needed to be successful in this position:• Ability to process information over the phone and be able to react quickly & appropriately• Ability to learn quickly and retain information while demonstrating solid decision-making abilities• Ability to adapt to new technologies, navigate multiple computer screens and software applications while interacting with customers• Effective time management and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment, logic, integrity and initiative
